Shipping policy

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

In-stock orders ship within 2–4 business days. Pre-orders ship once the edition is published. Estimated publication dates are given as a season (for example, Spring 2027, based on Northern Hemisphere seasons) and represent our best estimate of when all states of an edition will ship. Individual states may ship earlier or later than the season listed. Because of the nature of fine press bookmaking, delays are possible. You can track the production status of our editions on the Status Updates page.

Items that are not all in stock when an order is placed, including pre-orders, ship separately. We do not hold orders for later shipment.

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, and we do not refund shipping charges for delays caused by the carrier.

We do not collect customs fees, duties, or taxes at checkout for international orders. You are solely responsible for any such charges imposed by your country. If you refuse to pay them and the package is returned to us, we will either refund the cost of the items, less shipping and payment processing fees, or re-ship the order at your expense.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for it passes to you. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery, and you are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

If your order never arrives and the carrier has not confirmed delivery, please contact us. Once we have confirmed with the carrier that the package is lost, we will send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund. If the original package arrives after a replacement has been sent, you must return it to us, and we will cover the return shipping.
