This fine press edition of the short story “The Tell-Tale Heart” is included with all Lettered edition orders. The edition is limited to 200 copies, 155 of which are available to purchase separately. It is handset in foundry Bauer Bodoni type and printed letterpress by Jerry Kelly on Hahnemühle Biblio, with a wood engraving by Rosemary Feit Covey which is printed from the block. The edition is hand-sewn with a laminated Hahnemühle Bugra cover and is 16 pages, sized at 6⅛” x 9¼.” This edition carries no rights and is not numbered.

Oustanding rendering of Poe classic

This is more beautiful than most Suntup publications, even compared to the other letterpress items. Beautiful in every way, with deep letterpress on spectacular paper, beautiful frontispiece art and the whole thing so obviously and so lovingly hand-made. Suntup continues to deserve attention from lovers of fine book craft, and this is among their finest renderings at any price. Small (in scope) but spectacular.

A True Fine Press Edition

This is a true fine press edition of The Tell-Tale Heart. The hand-set type and print work are very well executed - crisp and even throughout. The paper is luxurious and highly tactile. And I love the wood engraving. Simply gorgeous.
